I have been in the BPO industry for more than 13 years as a customer service representative. The companies I have worked for were all international call center. I managed to find a job working online from home. It's chat support which I enjoy but my expertise are in voice processes, which I love and enjoy doing the most. I worked for Vodafone Australia telecom process in all departments. Worked for Barclay's Bank for UK customers. I have always done my job honestly and professionally and am well aware of my responsibilities.
