-Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas. -Meeting clients or account executives to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job. -Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their needs. -Working with others, such as printers and other technicians to complete the final product, working on layouts and artwork pages ready for print. -Develop concepts and design all collateral materials, including ads, poster, banners, flyers, invitations. P.O.P’s, etc. as needed. -Proposing creative ideas and preparing various graphic designs regarding concepts, printing, collaterals and campaigns, creating artwork, re-layout of artwork to final artwork, designing window displays, modules, wallpapers, etc. -Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed. -Meet all deadlines set by the client. -Assist Marketing / Sales department with brainstorming, graphic solutions and advertising strategies. -Visual Merchandising and store ocular.
