He has got excellent Command over English Language and he is Professionally qualified/ Certified CMA-Cost & Management Accountant, from both the Pakistani and Bangladeshi Institutes ( ICMA). He is also a Professionally Qualified Associate Member (AMCS) of the Bangladesh Computer Society(BCS), i.e He was a Computer Techno-Rothee also in his active working life. 3. As such, He can work on the MS Windows, InterNet Explorer, MS Office/ OpenOffice ( Packages likethe Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.), WordPad, WordPerfect Ver. 6.0, LOTUS 123 Ver. 5.0 and also, He can Do some simple Database Programmings, using, Fortran, MS Access, DBase, FoxPro,Visual Basic ver.6.0, SQL,Oracle9i ,HTML etc., 4. At 70+, He is a Disabled Person, ( Protibondee in Bengali), as He fell in a Road Accident and got an invisible Shock on the Spinal Cord in 2002 AD. So, He cannot walk on foot or write / eat with the fingers. Thus, He cannot write/ sign (with a Pen in Hand), any document or a Cheque . 5. However, He can easily use the MOUSE buttons, SelectTexts, Copy/Paste and also TYPE (at a slow Speed of 95 to 100 Characters per Minute, (with the fore fingers of both hands) on the Computer Key Board, sitting on a Wheel-chair. His InterNet Connection is Submarine Cable-backed - Broad Band (Speed @ 400 kbps) and for the last 1 year, He has been spending his sitting time on the InterNet for 5 to 6 hours per day, excluding the time for food, toilet and rests. 6. In BANGLADESH, the Foreign Currency Money Transfer Systems of CREDIT CARD, PayPall or AlertPay or Bank Wire, are not posssible. You will apreciate that, Dislosures of the Bank Account Details or the Credit Card Particulars, for Outward "Foreign Currency Dealings" in an uncertain Website Transaction, are legally prohibited in Bangladesh (in order to prevent Hackings / or What are called - Scams ). 7.
