My civil Engineering career has initiated in the steel industry . I have been working in ELLHNIKES KATASKEUES EPE from early 2012 up to today, with main tasks being the design of industrial steel buildings, footbridges or other small to medium projects. On 2013 i decided to expand my academic knowledge through a phd program. The phd topic i selected is the following: "high performance seismic risk assessment of bridge structures through model order reduction methods" As my main study field is the development of computationally efficient applications in bridge engineering, i have coped with many projects were elite programming skills in a variety of languages were essential as well as out of the box thinking for automating structural engineering methods.
