44528 ASP Branch Login/Form Ordering

I am in need of an ASP/SQL developer. Here are the specs for the project: The site will be used by many users and will offer many kinds of items. There are 5 main categories for the items, Letterhead, Envelopes, Business Cards, PDF Forms and Stock Forms. Each user will only be able to view specific items under each category. Some items can be viewed by multiple users. There are currently around 170 users. There is no "purchasing" with the items, so there is no connection to any merchant-type account. Here is a breakdown of the process: When a user gets to the home page, they will be asked for a 4 digit ID. This will process and pull their information from a database and they will have to verify the data. If it is correct, they proceed, if it is incorrect they will be logged out and the site administrators will be notified by email (two email addresses) so they can contact the user and correct the information. The administrator needs to have real time access to the entries in the database through a browser window. The user will be deactivated until the administrator re-enables that user. (This part of the project has been completed) Once the user is confirmed they will go to the store home where they can select from items that are available to them, based on their 4 digit ID. They will select from drop down boxes the item and quantity and place it in their cart. If they choose business cards: they will go to a screen with a graphic that looks something similar to a business card (not much detail needed here). The business cards need to be able to be customized and previewed prior to being placed in the basket. When they select the business cards it will take the user to a form that will auto-populate with their current information. There are 17 fields in the business card, exact format can be provided. When the user has everything filled out properly, they continue to a preview screen that will show the card and allow them to make changes or approve it. Once the user has all the items, they will proceed to a checkout area and the order will be placed. It will email the user and two other email addresses with an order summary. It will email one email address with order details, if business cards are selected the fields will have to be sent as well. If they select a PDF form it will take the user to an area they can download the PDF. There is no need for design for this site, simple forms and data on a white screen is fine. Attached you will find a flow chart for the process. There should be an administrative area that will allow the admin to create, modify users, enable and disable users ( user creation, activation and disabling has been created), create new items (fields will be Name, Product ID, Description, Details, Quantity), specify what items can be viewed by which users, and upload PDF files. The admin needs to be able to assign privileges from the product details section (when adding a new item, they can checkbox which users will be able to get this item -so the list of all users must be pulled from the database, only needs to show their 4 digit login) and from the user details section (by adding or editing a user, the administrator would see a list of available products and checkbox which ones that user would be able to purchase - again pulling the information from the database.) This information would have to be posted to the database so that when a user logs in the data that appears is only the items that user is permitted to purchase. I had a developer and he flaked out on me. I need this project started today and completed within 15 days, do not bid if you think it will take longer. I also prefer someone that has IM through MSN (or some form of IM so I can communicate with you - let me know if you can IM and with what program.) Please post when you could start and how quickly you could have this project done. Also include what time zone you are in so I know when I will be communicating with you. This could lead to much more work as our company is overloaded with work right now.
