Working with ASN1 and writing a UDP Directory Server

I will complete this project well. I have been working on ANS1 (ANSTL1) of AMS 5520 product of Alcatel Lucent for 4 years. I used Apache Mina to create TL1 gateway where opens socket to access telnet command from users. This ANSTL1 gateway supports both of TCP and UDP. I uses TCP requests to communicate with OSS user via telnet protocol and uses UDP requests to communicte with network elements. When a user type a command via TCP protocal, it is will be sent to ANSTL1 gateway, then the gateway will forward that request to network element via UDP protocol, after receive the response from network element, that response will be returned to the user. That ANSTL1 gateway is a socket server for OSS users and is a client for network elements.
