Customizations on my existing chat site through the 123flashchat API. 1- Organize chat rooms by country name. Each country name should be a category to put chat rooms in. - Provide functionality for users to create rooms, within a room category, for a fee. For example, within the Thailand category, I want users to have the option to create chat rooms. The price for creating a chat room will be scaled according to how many days the user wants the room to exist on the site. Payments get deposited to my PayPal account. Once the room is created, all registered users should be able to enter the room to chat. 2- Provide photo album functionality for each user. 3- Implement cash-back functionality to allow users to cash out their site credits ( virtual gifts ) for money through PayPal account. Please see paltalk dot com for sample. You must finish my project within timeframe! No partial payments ! The sooner you are done the fastest you will get paid ! *** Required qualifications include JavaScript, MySQL, XML, and GNU/Linux experience.
