Outbound Dialer Using Twilio Api

This project is for the creation of an outbound voice broadcast script using the PHP and the Twilio api. View details at [login to view URL] The script will allow me to create a call list which contains several phone numbers. The script will then call each number in the list and play a prerecorded message when the voice mail comes on or a different prerecorded message if a live person answers the phone. The script will track which calls were answered by a live person and which ones were answered by voice mail so that we can call back the numbers which were picked up by a live person. The script will allow me to create multiple call list. The goal of the script is to leave our main message only when a voice mail picks up. Features Needed: - Store multiple Twilio Acount Info In admin area and use for all campaigns. - Ability to upload audio which must be played for voice mail and human voice. - Ability to upload a call list from a text, csv or an excel spreadsheet. - Track which numbers reached a human and which ones reached a voice mail so that we can dial them again. - Don’t allow the system to call the same number more than once if a voice mail was left. - Allow me to purchase new numbers from within the script.
