eCommerce Shopping Cart / Control Panel with upload/download ability

** ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AND CAN SHOW PREVIOUS WORK OF THIS KIND ** Need a shopping cart solution where customer can order a service and/or product paying with Pay Pal, and possible other payment processors. 1) Upon order customer would create an account with a username and password. 2) After pay pal payment customer would be directed to their control panel (their user name would be tied to an exclusive ID# for future log-ins and orders) 3) in their control panel they would have the ability to upload files (which I can specify which types of files: .jpg, .gif, image files, .wav, .mp3, etc.) to a non-executable directory 4) Upon order I would receive email notification about order, and can download the customers files. 5) I would then have ability to upload finish files back to customer control panel and mark the job/sale as completed. 6) customer would get email notification to log in and download completed files 7) I can delete files anytime, after job is completed. 8) also to have message system in customer control panel to communicate about their order. I would have to be able to use this system on any domain, just to change path configs for any domain For this job, if you know of a free open source shopping cart system that does this or one that can be customized to do this, that is fine, it does not have to be written from scratch.
