Turn PDF Symbols into TT Font

We have a sheet (attached) with all European standard care symbols. We would like these symbols to be turned into a font that can be used as true type. Please ensure that the font is crisp with smooth lines / edges. All symbols should be the same for lowercase and capitals so that it does not matter if they are used in capitals or not. The proportion / relation of size to eachother of the font is as in the attached document. You should start with the first symbol on the number 1 key of the keyboard, then 2, then 3 etc. There are 29 symbols, which on a European keyboard means using letter and number keys you would end up at letter L for the last one. Prefer your bid to include reference to fonts you have made before. This is an urgent project, please only bid if you can do this in two days from end of project. See attached file for symbols.
