Compass Test Study Guide iPad app

I am looking for someone to write an application that will run on the iPhone, iPod and iPad. The project consists of 20 practice exams . There are approx. 60 pages of text in total. I already have the text in a text file which can be copied and pasted in to the XCode interface. Each practice exam has one screen of text for the user to read, and then 5 to 8 multiple-choice comprehension questions on each text. The app needs a table view to show the 20 exams as the "Home" view. Each of the questions on each exam needs a button for the user to click on to select a potential answer from choices A to E and then a popup stating whether their selection was correct or incorrect. Each exam also needs to have a summary at the end of it to state how many questions were answered correctly out of the total number of questions and to give a percentile score. The app needs to support device rotation. However, there is no sound or video with the app. I would like to receive the app so that I can put it up for sale in the Apple store. I also want to receive the XCode project files.
