Overview We would like you to have 3 design options for a duplex design on the attached block. The existing building would be removed. We would like floor plans only at this stage, please supply a PDF version and an AutoCAD (.dwg) file. Building regulations/considerations 1. Offset from street 7.5m 2. Offset from side (ground floor) 900mm 3. Offset from side (2nd story) 1500mm 4. Max floor total space 450m2 (i.e. 225m2 each) General 1. Ultra-modern, executive with family that likes entertaining focus… 2. Low/no maintenance 3. Quick easy construction a. Rectangular design b. low cost, not cheap c. Built from standard components with a clever design to make it seem bespoke. d. Only ‘off the shelf’ components e. No curves, all straight lines 4. Lots of natural light Upstairs 1.
