Contest Brief

There are 5 "Lot Numbers":
1) 4817526
2) 4817527
3) 4817528
4) 4817529
5) 4817530

There are 29 products = Model Numbers with Descriptions and UPC Codes in the attached spreadsheet.

We need 1 sheet of labels for each product with each individual lot number.
This means creating 29 sheets of labels for each lot number = 145 sheets of labels.

The label should be designed similar to attached "Sample Label".

Each UPC code (for each model number) should be created with the numbers displayed underneath it.

Please use attached "Logo".

Labels must be made to be used with Online Labels Model: OL435 - 8.1875" x 1.375" (https://www.onlinelabels.com/templates/blank-label-templates/OL435-template.htm).
You can either use their online designer tool, or use the attached PDF or Microsoft Word template.

PLEASE CREATE 1 FULL SHEET OF LABELS FOR EACH LABEL (similar to attached "Full label sheet").
