The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of lead generation, and a proven track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and industries that could benefit from our lead generation services. Research and gather relevant business intelligence to create a targeted list of prospects. Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to engage potential clients. Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' lead generation goals and challenges. Present our lead generation services and solutions in a compelling and customized manner. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored lead generation strategies that align with their objectives. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our company, ensuring a positive client experience. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Continuously monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies. Share market insights with the team to enhance our service offerings and value proposition. Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to Cold Call without fear of rejection Strong understanding of lead generation and digital marketing concepts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects quickly. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
