I currently have a PC/SC compliant smart card reader (ISO 7816). I need two seprate windows applications that do two things: * A program that allows me to specify a value to write to the card. The value would be MD5 hashed and written to the card * A program that triggers a screen saver and waits for a card to be inserted into a reader. When a card is inserted, the hash would be read from the card and transmitted via a TCP Socket. The computer would listen for an "OK" signal, and then disable the screensaver untill the server sent an "END" at which the screensaver would be reactivated.

I need some smartcard code modified to read the track2 data from an EMV chip card. Attached is the current code (that works) but under the EMV standard, the PAN is searched for but it does not have to exist so it does not always return the card number. The task is to use the existing code as a template but to modifiy it to use track2 data. I have been told that it should look for TAG57 and parse the data from track 2 as it contains data that is not needed.
