I need a city big enough for a demo game All buildings need to be modeled inside and out so the user can go inside each building and explore, everything also needs to be textured The quality needs to be the highest possible. You don't have to worry about any animations for doors or anything I can do them myself. The streets and everything else in a city will also need to be modeled besides cars and people. The game will be made using unreal engine. All models need to be realistic as possible. I'm not offering immediate cash, but 1% profits from the game for 5 years. I am co owner of a company called jinuine, a contract will be written up before work commences. Feel free to message for more details. The price on the project is irrelevant as stated above you will receive 1% of profits for 5 years
