I need various 3D models (low poly) for ongoing projects (game assets). Your geometry work must be clean, no overlapping faces, etc. Texturing skills have to be good and you must know how to UV Map for architecture (buildings) and seamless organic (boulders, cliffs, etc). 75% of the work needed will be small buildings (usually less than 2 stories tall). These are real buildings you will be re-creating from sources such as photos, Google Maps, etc. I am looking for a quality 3D Modeler with good experience who does great work but who will offer a lower price for the chance at continual ongoing work (in other words, endless projects, years worth of work, possibly enough work to keep you busy full time). No interiors needed. Other small misc models needed would be signs, benches, rocks, walls, fences, bridges, etc. Please contact me if you are interested and have the time to commit to the minimum of 20+ hours a week.
