C# Registration Form with DB insert

We need to have form validation implemented and have the data inserted into a SQL database. The project is in C#, you must use Microsoft data access application block and ASP .NET 2.0 membership providers. The page you are working on is registration.aspx. There is a conditional switch based on country of origin. We will provide what validation needs to be done in a word document. We will supply you with the SQL creation script if you win the project.
