Applescript to Automate iMovie

This job is for a coder with experience working with Applescript. I work with an educational facility and want to automate slideshows that we create from school outings. I make these clips in iMovie and so I want the automator script to be coded in Applescript for use on a Mac. Import Images I would like to be able to work from multiple folders. So, If I had 10 or 15 folders each filled with 60 - 200 images I would like for iMovie to import and complete the editing process one folder at a time, proceeding from one folder to the next in an order that I can establish. Edit slideshows I will use the same intro and outro for each clip, ulled from the “T” section Those will be pretty standard from folder to folder but each folder will also have a unique title, a lower 3rd pulled from the same title section, that covers the span of 4 images. Each video slideshow will be slightly different, with 2 of the 4 images deleted and a fresh 2 brought in. So, each clip will have two new images in the slideshow and 2 images that were also used in the preceeding clip. With each new clip that unique title will have to be respanned so that it covers over the two new images as well, covering all 4 images. Export clips I want to have each unique slideshow movie exported into a new folder, that reflects the corresponding folder that the images were pulled from to create them. After it has completed each folder set I would like for it to delete all the clips that were made (File > Move rejected clips to trash) and move onto start importing images from the next folder to repeat the process.
