Completed iOS (iPhone) App needs modified, add Push Notifications

We have an existing iPhone app for real estate. We are taking out the real estate functions, rearranging the home screen, and adding push notifications. If you submit the modified app to Apple for approval (and it's approved with no more than two rejections) within 7 days we will pay at least a $100 bonus. Our iPhone app needs: (images attached) -Stripped of some features, home screen rearranged, some wording changed. -Formatted for retina (the only icon is for push notifications, We also dynamically load two images dynamically.) -Push Notifications Added-- note you will only need to do the app side. If you have existing server code for APNS and have done this before you will be more likely to get the project. You can work with our back end developer to implement the server side. But in general you won't have to do the bulk of the back end work. -Submit to Apple for approval, until approved. Screenshots are for reference only- we are open for ideas, but that is the way the app exists today and we want speed on this version. You'll have access to log in to our developer account- this is the first app to go on that account. If you have completed apps in the app store please tell us which ones so we can look. If they use Push Notification, even better. We will pay milestones on beta testing.
