Please, explain the detail. There are several sample out there, but using PHP and curl. For your ASP, curl could be substitute with XMLHTTPRequest.

For using ASP (I assume it is ASP 3.0 or classic ASP) in ARB, there is a specific handling for posting the xml data request. You should use WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1 so you could send XML and retrieve the response in XML also. I am able to write this type of request for ARB using this method. Let me know if you are interested with this method.
