Dissertation Formatting

I am looking for formatting assistance only (no editing, writing, proofreading, etc.) for my dissertation. The work is to be completed in Microsoft Word using an existing Microsoft Word template. The number of pages (approximately 100) is large and the task is most certainly "tedious," but it is not difficult because: (1) the template is already created; (2) detailed instructions, including samples, will be provided; (3) I am available to give immediate feedback and/or answer questions; (4) all items are already completed (all that remains is the "assembly."); and (5) you have until 5 pm EST on Monday, March 24, 2014, to complete the project Familiarity with Microsoft Word (2010 or, preferably, 2013) and Microsoft Word templates/styles will be of enormous benefit. I have attached several PDF files for your review. All instructions are included in the PDFs. The instructions for using the template will be provided to the selected party. A sample of “the front matter” has also been provided. Here is the link to a video tutorial of the requirements: [login to view URL] The dissertation essentially consists of front matter, back matter, and 3 “essays.” One of my “essays” has been published. Under the instructions, this simplifies things for that paper. The other two essays are already in Word format. I will separately complete the individual components of the front matter and the back matter. I just need someone to make sure that the component parts, individually and collectively, satisfy the stated formatting requirements for a Ph.D. dissertation at the University of Iowa. I literally do not want one word, one punctuation mark, etc. changed except to the extent that this is required to satisfy the formatting requirements. I would not expect that you would have to actually read much of any of the material provided. The process is entirely “mechanical” in this sense. Furthermore, the University provides a Microsoft Word template (and instructions for its use – see the attached PDF files) to simplify matters and make this process that much more “automated.” If this project interests you, please provide me with information about your experience with the two newest versions of Microsoft Word (especially, any relevant experience with templates), with work on theses and dissertations, and your general comfort with the formatting process (as opposed to writing, editing, etc.).
