A freelancer with Ph.D degree or candidate is seeked to apply having journal or conference papers. Please provide where you earned your Ph.D. and several publication record with the application. This is a research-oriented project in computer science. It has a a duration of approximately 30 months. The freelancer is expected to not leave the project in any middle stages. The project will start with development of a research proposal generated by the freelancer. Therefore, the area of research is not yet restricted to any area. However, The research may be among artificial intelligence, data mining, soft computing techniques, image processing, etc. or on another agreed area. Development of a new algorithm, etc. is one potential issue. You're welcome to come with proposals. The project will start on 06/2013 and ends with 12/2016. The total budget of project is $10000. The bidder has to be aware that there will be no additional payment during the project. Please look the attached paper for detailed schedule. The detailed schedule is only a draft, it will be shaped with reciprocal agreement to freelancer.
