Customizeable Electronic Flyers/ Advertisements

I am looking for someone who can create two electronic flyers/ advertisements: Flyer one is for restaurants: this flyer needs to be customizeable so that more than one restaurant can change their: Name, Address, Telephone Numbers, Email, Owners information, Logo, Page Fonts, picture, Colors, Menu Prices, Location, Directions, and Restaurant Specials Pricing. The second electronic flyer is for gymnastic studios: this flyer also needs to be customizeable so that more than one gymnastic studio can change their logo, name, address, phone numbers, emails, owner's information, page fonts, colors, pricing, location, directions, pictures. Animation or Virtual Graphics would be awesome if possible.
