Andriod App - Java Code - iKettle 2.0 will - App won't hold wifi settings

I am doing a project, designing a new app in Android Studio for iKettle 2.0. The bulk of the app is complete, however, the app will not hold the wifi settings when I am connected to wifi. I am looking for somebody to have a look at the code and get this working for me. I have uploaded the app folder. Please note - the error is within the 'ConfigureIKettle' file. Inside this, it says 'FIX ME'.
