The Area responsible persons sets a score and forwards it to the **Systems responsible person**. 3 The systems responsible evaluare several areas and sets a score for the entire system. After setting the score for the system, he forewards it to the person in charge of the plant. 4 The person in carge of the plat, sets a score for the plant with a group of six people. 5 if any sessons can be learned, they are forwarded to other oilrigs / plants. 6,7, 8 are some pictures with simmilar function.
