Cartoon Illustration and animation - Flash CS6

I need a skilled illustrator/animation to create a number of simple cartoon style graphics. The theme is Christmas and should match the same style as the attached file ([login to view URL] cutout style). All 2d and side on shots preferably in Flash CS6 (sprite sheets). Illustrations required: - Santa in a sleigh - Santa in a sleigh with a jet engine - Reindeer x 2 styles - Reindeer with red nose (Rudolph) - Elf with a snowball bazooka - Christmas present - Special style Christmas present - Penguin Animations required: - Reindeer running pulling Santa and sleigh (I need to be able to add/remove reindeer from sleigh) - Reindeer crash landing. Like when a plane crashes, there should be smoke coming from the back and the nose will crash into the ground which has snow all over it. - Elf should aim bazooka up and down and fire snowball. When fired the elf will be knocked back so it looks like the force of the shot knock him over. - Sleigh will have the jet engine come out from the back and transform into place (on the side of the sleigh) and once in place fire will come out from the back of the engine (like a booster). This should last for about 10 seconds at 15 fps and then fold back away - Special Christmas present should have something happening to draw the users attention The sleigh animations will all need to lead into each other. What I mean is the jet engine can happen randomly, reindeer's can be removed and should have the straps and buckles still attached to the reindeer when they crash. All animations need to be separate flash files and have the ability to scale up and down. They will be used for an HD iPad, iPad and iPhone apps and sprite sheets will be used. I would prefer to see a sample illustration of an item explained enough to ensure the understanding is correct. Thanks!
