Animation - Line art road flyover

We require a simple animation, preferably built with either After Effects or Cinema 4D, supplied with editable source files. We are looking for someone to build a road with a 3D path (corners, hills, etc) using simple lines, in the style of the attached image. A camera would need to travel along the road, following its path, with smooth motion (not jerky camera moves) - ideally the camera would have some elasticity, so it would "widen out"(zoom/distance) and "lean in" (orientation) when it turns corners to make the perspective more interesting. Ideal duration is 3 minutes, but able to be extended by us using the supplied source AE or C4D source files. Format required is 1920x1080 at 30FPS.
