Change page size in inDesign file

I need the following updates made to a set of product instructions in the attached inDesign file: - Change page size to 4.25" x 6" - Update layout to fit within new page dimensions. You will notice the document was professionally created to make layout fast and efficient. ? However, that only applies if willing to maintain the original page size. ? I need to shrink the pages down to fit in a specific size package.
