Write a script for Asterix / FreePBX to automatically dial a number between certain hours and days. If the call disconnects, redial the number. I have the server installed, with a GSM gateway, I can put it online and give you remote access to configure. It's a 2 SIM Card gateway and this would be needed for both, please keep in mind that this might need to be expanded to accommodate for more SIM Cards.
