We have a call queue setup with music on hold. We would like it so that when a customer is in the queue and begins to receive the music on hold that they receive this music on hold group in a certain order. We have had instances where when the person gets the music on hold they are dumped right into the middle of one of our sales pitches. I would like it so it is ordered and played specifically for each person in a specific way.
