Audio Editor Required

I have approx. 100 '30 second' voice clips (five are about 1 minute and 30 seconds). 85 per cent of them are very similar but some vary in volume due to the reader being closer to the microphone etc. I want these equalized. When I listen to them on my laptop I have to have them on full volume to get them sounding just right, I believe they SHOULD sound just right at half volume, I want this fixed so they are all the same and have more volume available to them. There is some background noise that can be removed if possible. Five of these are myself talking (man’s voice) and the other 95 are a lady’s voice, I would like these all equalized so the transition isn’t drastically noticeable. I still want them all equalized as individual files because I need them like that to put onto each slide of my five presentations… I also need you to string them altogether as 5 different audios so I can gauge the evenness, quality, and volume of the final deliverables.
