Audio interview transcription-new

I am looking for a reliable person who will help me transcribe audio files. I have approximately 4.6 hours of audio interview in mp3 format. The audio is in English with some accent. There are two speakers on all tracks. Some speakers do not have perfect command of English and have some foreign accent. Please reply with your previous experience in transcription. Native speaker of English is plus. Final output should be in MS Word format. No special formatting needed, except standard punctuation and identification of the speaker preceding each sentence, i.e, a. How are you? b. I am fine. I hope that this project will be done within 10-14 days. Upon request, I can send a sample audio file and transcript.
