Here we want to give the full working procedure, if we are going to do the job, we will: 1. SCHEMATIC DESIGN STAGE- this stage is the gathering of all info to create a design concept. A preliminary design concept will be submitted in a couple of days for comments and exchange of ideas. Drawings are; Plan Rough 3D image (sketchy type) After the comments from the design, this will be finalized for final approval. 2. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT STAGE - after the schematic has been approved, these drawings will be transformed too much detailed drawings. 3. Hey. I'm Nic. I'm an undergraduate, however have done courses related to the use, design and functionality of ArchiCAD (A very similar program to AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit). Architecture is my passion, and I have a number of reasons why I think I would be a suitable person to design this for you. a) I've been to Bali a number of times (living in Perth, WA) and so I understand the needs and architecture of buildings there, as well as considering things such as weather, humidity and climate in general that would influence my design. b) I'm Australian. This would make communication between us easy and quick. I'm new to Freelancer, however am willing to prove my competence with the program ArchiCAD and with Architectural ideals.
