I am not sure if we have talked earlier or not, as such i didn't recognize you, can you let me know on which project did we discussed earlier? In regards to your present work scope, i would like to help you out developing this app. I would prefer to develop this using Titanium or Phonegap. I have expert team of Phone gap and Titanium developers who can handle this job with an ease. As per the shared files, i have checked the text, PPT and source code of existing app. Although i am unable to get the exact requirements that need to perform for this. Do you want to complete the app with the 3rd milestone? If possible can you come on the message board for a broader discussion?
