Build an Shopping Cashback site

We need a cashback website similar to [login to view URL] or quidco.com. The site must be able to support affiliate based networks like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and others. The core function is that customers (members) log in and are tracked until they purchase a product from one of our listed shops. We also have a deals and a coupons section. The developer's task is to include the cashback-site functions into a WordPress-based framework (with pages and custom post types) and to implement our design using CSS and WP-Views plugin. Frontend features: - Create (signup) / Edit / View member Account - list & search & filter merchants/shops by category (main category, subcategory), country/market, name, cashback amount - featured shops (defined by admin), top shops (most popular shops) - list & search & filter deals and coupons by category (main category, subcategory), country/market, shop name, cashback amount (using WP-Views) - featured deals (defined by admin), top deals (most popular deals), featured coupons (defined by admin) - Invitation System / refer a friend function with bonus - signup bonus - member dashboard with: -- list of last visited merchants/shops -- favorite shops: member can save a collection with his favorite shops / categories -- balance / list of transactions section -- request payment function -- newsletter subscriptions Admin features: - Manage members: Create / Edit / View member Accounts (including block member accounts) - List/Add/Edit/Delete meta & tags like Shop categories, countries?- List/Add/Edit/Delete merchants, shops, deals, coupons (Custom Post Types) - List/Add/Edit/Delete affiliate networks - Manage Featured merchants/shops, deals, coupons etc.? - Payment Request Management: List/Accept/Deny payment requests - Payment options management: List/Add/Edit/Delete payment options ?- Statistics: daily, weekly and monthly clicks stats, members, shops - Credit / debit member accounts - Transaction details using tracking tickets (sortable/filterable) - Set parameters like thresholds for payments (minimal balance for payments, min-max amount, payment delay), signup & referral bonus etc. - Newsletter function Notes: - Cashback will be calculated in EUR, though shopping may be in other currencies - Cashback offers will be percentages as well as flat amounts - We want full control over amount of cashback given for each offer. Some merchants offer different percentage for different product categories (e.g. clothing ? books)?
