Bulk EMailer 300,000 ea.

Description This is a rebid. Previously awarded bidder was too busy. I need to send out a bulk email to about about 300,000 email address that I have. The email that is to be sent will be the same for all recilpients (i.e. Everyone will get the same email) These emails can be sent out over a period of about a week. The text email that I will write, will be Can-Spam Act compliant. I cannot use my IP or SMTP due to the constraints of time and number of emails allowed. The emails must avoid spam filters and must reach the recipients inbox. We can use my email address as the "Send From" address. All replies and bounces are to be sent to my email address. You will have to use your server, IP, and all necessary utilities to perform the job.
