Bulk Mailing to China

we are looking to promote our website in China. we need a mass mailer who can send a lot of emails to verified emails. target is women 18-40 with high disposable revenue in China only. you need to have access to quality mailing lists and send the mass mailing by yourself. we will need reporting (% delivered, % open etc....) this is an ongoing project over several months. It is very important that you can deliver to our target market. we dont accept emails collected with emails collector software. they must be genuine quality lists. please indicate lists origin in your offer.
