We are an events, marketing and communications company, best known for its work in empowering Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) in the Philippines in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Health, Education, and Family Development & Childcare. Currently, we are looking for experienced email marketing assistants who will help us in promoting our services. Responsibilities: 1. Create an email marketing plan and create weekly Html email messages to be send to targeted businesses that will raise awareness of the companies exhibitions and conventions. 2. Provide weekly and monthly accomplishment report and consult management on optimizing the email marketing efforts. Exhibitions: 1. Philippine SME Business Expo (PhilSME) to be held on November 21-23, 2014 2. Baby and Family Expo Philippines (BFEP) to be held on December 05-07, 2014 Property Expo Philippines (PEP) to be held on December 05-07, 2014 Qualifications: 1. Strong marketing and advertising background. 2. Can develop, conceptualize and design marketing emails. 3. Familiar with Benchmark email marketing software. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 5. Pleasing and positive attitude 6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 7. Team oriented working attitude and strong analytical background 8. Willing to work on weekends 9. Experienced in using a Task Management System (for example Highrise) 10.
