Compile CD-HIT codes into executable files(.exe) in Windows

I'd like someone to compile source file in C++ attached which is CDHIT program into executable files (.exe) to be used in Windows machine (I have Vista). This program is hosted at [login to view URL] has websites at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] When finished, there would be 5 exe files which are (1) [login to view URL] (2) [login to view URL] (3) [login to view URL] (4) [login to view URL] (5) [login to view URL] Moreover, I'd like to know how to do this in exact details also. So when u finish, u have to provide me the details of the process. I will pay $20 when I test the program and confirm that it is successful.
