You can write this app in DELPHI if you want. I want FULL rights to software and to sign contract selling that full rights. This should be simple windows application which generate Javascript code for Float-In Window. Input fields: - Title - Title Font (from list) - Title Font size - Float-In window width in pixels - Float-In window height in pixels - Float-In window final position X - Float-In window final position Y - Floating direction: downwards, upwards, left, right - Floating speed pixels/sec - Time after which Float-In window will enter screen in seconds - Time interval between windows will apper. Should be checkbox (default off) enabling/disabling this feature - Float-In window ball bumping on floor effect on/off (see example below for this efect) - Title backgroud color, should be pallete button AND field to enter numer color - Title foreground color, should be pallete button AND field to enter numer color - Frame color, should be pallete button AND field to enter numer color - Content backgroud color, should be pallete button AND field to enter number color - Float-In window content text area.
