hi, first of all it's a good decision to not use MEX as they are too version oriented. nice decision. second, it completely depends on the length and the functioning of your code. thirdly, it might be useful to know the implementation, maybe, writing the code in MATLAB from scratch instead of exactly following the c code, will be faster and more efficient. thus, based on the second and third options, i can assess the time and the bid amount. thanks for your time. have a nice day.
