There is a load cell and the data from load cell is to be received, calibrated into load value, and to be saved into high speed flash @1kz(1000 readings per second). After the logging is complete, the stored data to be transferred to PC via serial port. A low to high or high to low pulse will be given to start the logging. Stop will be manual or till the memory is full. Readings stored must be minimum 1,00,000. 2 line LCD display to show the status of the system. Any microcontroller can be used. There should be a hardware option to limit the frequency to 600Hz and memory capacity to 20000 readings.

Sir there are number of microcontrollers r there where we need not to use any adc ic adc is inbuilt in them we can complete this task within 10 days. I am Anshul from techno-world we (me n my team) has completed approximately 1000 embedded projects till now (for auto mobile electronics, instrumentation, agricultural electronics, consumer electronics n various types of control panels). we can also develop software for receiving data serially and storing that to the database( if you do require that too)
