Summary: You have to write a C program using the software: "Eclipse" which does the following: - Read weekly expanses from a given file. “[login to view URL]” (also attached) - Divide the expanses into categories and sub-categories: Categories and Sub-Categories: 1: Accommodation: -> Cost of living 2: Grocery: -> Fruits/Vegetables -> Dairy Products -> Others 3: Eating Out 4: Entertainment - Sum up the values in each category For example, cost of: (Fruits/Vegetables, Dairy Products, Others) should be summed up into the category “Grocery”. And then Calculate and Display the “Average Value Per week” for each category. - The user should be asked if he/she is okay with the displayed values or if he/she wants to modify them? (in percentage increase or decrease) - Provide the user a chance to enter his/her current expanses in a menu. - Store the current balance in each category and display it to the user on demand. - If any of the categories entered is a negative value, the program should display a message on the screen: “<put here a name of a suitable category> has negative balance”, and should allow the user to modify a limit of this category.
