Computer repair software

PROGRAM MUST DO : - To enroll the customer in the database and then to add a service record for the equipment that come with for repair(when looking in the database for a client, must find the service records , estimates for repair , repair warranties ) - after enroll the client in database we must generate a service record for the equipment with dedicates field to complete. In this moment the service record will have status "equipment received" - The client will received a copy of service record and will let us the equipment for diagnostic - When his turn comes to diagnostic equipment ,the status will change in " under diagnosis " and automatically a email will be send to the client - After diagnosis we call the client to tell the diagnosis and costs - If agreed i will generate a final invoice of repair, after the equipment is repair i will change the status in "equipment solved" and print in 2 copies. - The text from the program must be in Romanian language, so i need to let me the possibility a simple one to edit the text. PROGRAM FEATURES - I can get export customer emails database - In the future I can notify them via sms when the equipment is repaired , u can suggest a solution - I give 3 months warranty repairs , when i print the final invoice i need to automatically generate a warranty paper for the invoice ( the warranty paper will generate automatically the client details, equipments and detailed from final invoice, and a table) - To have the possibility to print service paper 2/page or 1/page - Program must work on multiple computers - Possibility to add separate notes for each client that i will see just me - Able to generate monthly reports (clients, moneys ) - I can do a backup of customer database - I can see the list of clients ,service records and warranty's - Every service record and warranty must automatically take a ascendent number and the date from present [login to view URL] they will be bound between them (for ex: service record nr.1 will generate Invoice for service record nr.1 from date [login to view URL], and final invoice will generate a warranty paper Warranty paper for invoice nr.1 from date [login to view URL]) SERVICE RECORD (how service record must be ) Title - service entry sheet no.x since [login to view URL] header - - My logo + company + mobile data (left ) - Customer data (right) - Customer contact data to have two options to choose what kind of client is (individual or legal entity ) and depending on what type of customer i will choose the dialog boxes will appear.
