brief C++ code development

Hola, i used to work in the Equities division of a Japanese bank, providing complex multi-exchange, multi-market trading solutions using C++ on UNIX and Windows. I haev also worked with IB APIs before- as a feelancer. Can you tell me k, wht you want the "brief" C++ code to do, using the IB API?? Do you want it to run on Linux or Windows? Gracias.
