The Attached files show the existing designs, and the new designs for Music Upload for [login to view URL] We would like to update the form that is used to upload music. This is primarily CSS work. However there are also new elements. Channel Selection - mandatory field - existing Artist Name - mandatory field - existing Mixtape Name - mandatory field - existing Mixtape Recorded - mandatory field - existing Agree to terms - mandatory field - existing Make available for download - optional - new database element Add description - optional - new element Attach Artwork - optional - new element (not required - separate project) Some developer notes. Adobe Illustrator / PSD will be provided Artist name is currently optional and this must be mandatory with a popup warning like the other mandatory fields already have this. A new Thank You page will be required - design will be provided. Artwork upload is not required at this stage - this will be a separate project I would like this completed within 2 or 3 working days. Thanks
