I require the attached wireframe to be converted to HTML & CSS with the following points: - Page must expand to fill screen with no scrollbars, similar to [login to view URL] - The 'content' pane must scroll horizontally when it overflows, but not vertically. - The multiple 'list' panes are fixed width but must scroll vertically when they overflow the content pane. - 'topdiv' and 'bottomdiv' scroll. 'middiv' does not. The scroll bars (red) should be 'Facebook' style and only appear when mouse-over. This project is similar to this article - [login to view URL] - so check it out and the controls used. Must be compatible with iPad (touch enabled), Chrome, FF, IE7+. NO JAVASCRIPT!
