On going project: The site has normal login, sign-up and contact pages. You will create and install the light-box version: log-in, signup, contact form. Jquery -- Sign-up and log-in form are in the same light-box. Upload already has a light-box. You will install the new template. Attached are two examples. You will also convert the PSD and edit CSS in appropriate worklets. This is an ongoing project. Other projects will be posted soon. Usually, good programmers are bad in design and aesthetics, and good designers don't bother with programming. It's no one's fault, and it's better to be 'better' in one thing only. I would like to inform you that I found following issues in your provided picture: 1) Big White Space 2)Footer captcha should be aligned to top right panel not with the left. 3)Send button should be in the center of right content. 4)Background and font color is not properly matching. 5) Field labels font size needs to be little bit increased.
