Clean up Spam from VB Forum

Hi, I have a law related forum that is dead for all intents and purposes. I would like to revive this but first the spam needs to be cleaned out. There are probably 3-4k spam members so these need to be deleted along with there spam posts. This is a really simple job but will take some time. Its a vBulletin forum. Can give address over PMB. Given its simplicity, lowest price bid that has decent reviews gets it. Thanks
